Security Bank recently relocated its Taft-Vito Cruz branch to a better space in 2 Torre Lorenzo and opened its Uptown IT Hub branch in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Both branches have a fully transformed look and set-up consisting of: 1) an automated area where clients have access to ATMs, CAMs, and a service phone to easily contact the Bank’s customer service hotline; 2) a self-serve area equipped with an iPad, a laptop, and a queue machine, and 3) a face-to-face area where clients can easily transact with tellers and speak with other branch personnel.
The Taft-Vito Cruz branch is strategically located near high-traffic areas and commercial establishments where customers can easily reach the Bank, such as the De La Salle University, St. Scholastica’s College, University Mall, and Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
Likewise, the Uptown IT Hub branch is also near Island Shopping Mall, the Tagbilaran City Public Market, and the Dao Transport Terminal. This branch also has a VIP room for use of Gold clients, ATM with Cash Deposit, and a Night Deposit Box (NDB), for customers’ convenience.
“Taft Avenue is one of Metro Manila’s busiest areas comprising business, residential, leisure, cultural, and educational establishments. It connects three cities: Manila, Pasay, and Parañaque. I’m confident that this refreshed branch will deliver on its high market potential, giving our clients better accessibility to our differentiated services, and helping us achieve our vision of becoming the most customer-centric bank in the Philippines,” said Sanjiv Vohra, President and CEO of Security Bank, regarding the Taft-Vito Cruz branch.
