The 2023 Asset Benchmark Research Awards recognized Security Bank anew, with a third ranking among the “Top Sellside Firms in the Secondary Markets,” in both the corporate and government bonds categories. SB Capital Investment Corporation, the Bank’s investment arm, also ranked third among the “Top Arrangers-Investor’s Choice for Primary Issues” corporate bonds category.
The Asian Local Currency Bond Benchmark Review 2023 surveyed over 550 institutional fixed-income investors active in ten Asian currency bond markets, including the Philippines. Respondents, including asset managers, commercial banks, private banks, and insurance companies from both domestic and international institutions, surveyed the best banks or securities companies across a series of buying criteria in the secondary market. Additionally, investors nominated the best banks/securities houses as arrangers in the corporate and government primary markets in terms of the quantity and quality of the issues.
The Bank’s commitment to excellence in customer service earned it the esteemed recognition as one of the top performers this year.
“The Bank remains focused on delivering superior financial solutions to our customer base to meet their evolving needs. The recognitions we received this year from The Asset Awards motivate us to continue delivering the BetterBanking service our clients deserve,” said Jim Yap, Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury Sales.
