For the second year in a row, Security Bank Corporation (PSE:SECB) has ranked on the Philippines’ Best Employers 2024 list, among the top 70 range of top 300 companies in the country. Conducted by the Philippine Daily Inquirer and market research company Statista, the annual ranking celebrates organizations dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
“We are truly honored to be recognized as one of the Philippines’ Best Employers,” said Nerissa Berba, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. “At Security Bank, we recognize that a fulfilled and motivated workforce is instrumental in delivering exceptional financial services. We will continue to invest in our people, provide opportunities for professional development, and create a supportive and rewarding workplace where everyone can thrive.”
This year’s ranking was based on the results of an extensive independent survey of over 16,000 employees from 28 different sectors. Respondents were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employer to friends and family. Additionally, participants were prompted to evaluate other employers from their respective industries.
Security Bank goes above and beyond to ensure a positive work environment for its employees with industry-leading Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation projects. Recently, the Bank introduced a fresh Employee Value Proposition “You Matter” alongside a new technology platform known as Human Capital Management Employee Resources Online (HeRO), which streamlines HCM functions. These investments heavily reflect the Bank’s deep commitment to creating a work environment that nurtures and values its people.
Recently, Security Bank also ranked on the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista’s “Philippines’ Best Customer Service 2023” list for its dedication to customer satisfaction.
