Good work-life balance and equal opportunities
The environment in Security Bank speaks of all-around well-being of its people. In addition to the competitive compensation package, the Bank runs a vibrant year-round employee engagement program that ensures that the overall work-life balance of its people is well cared for.
The Bank is a nurturing employer, organizing events that provide opportunities for employees to celebrate, train, pray, volunteer, and be fit and health. The Bank cultivates the passion for the performing arts by hosting annual contests for employees nationwide. Through the Security Bank Foundation, Inc., employees with a strong sense of volunteerism can share their time and resources to help those in need. Some of these programs extend to the employees’ family members and friends.
Over the past years, Security Bank has gained recognition for its products and services from local and international award-giving bodies. This time, it takes pride for being cited for Industrial Peace and Harmony, an award that perfectly captures the Bank’s fundamental philosophy of taking good care of its people.
“We are very honored to be given this award. This validates the hard work and dedication of the Security Bank Family.
