Security Bank recently unveiled its Uptown IT Hub branch, one of the most exciting commercial districts in Tagbilaran City. The branch opening affirms the Bank’s commitment to customer-centricity as it expands its footprint in the country.
The Uptown IT Hub branch is strategically located near high-traffic areas and commercial establishments where customers can easily reach the Bank, such as the Island Shopping Mall, the Tagbilaran City Public Market, and the Dao Transport Terminal.
The branch sports the Bank’s transformed look and offer modern amenities. This is the Bank’s second branch in the eastern part of Tagbilaran City to service the business expansion in the area.
Transformed branches feature a fully transformed look and setup, consisting of three areas: 1) an automated area where clients have access to ATMs, CAMs, and a service phone to easily contact the Bank’s customer service hotline; 2) a self-serve area equipped with an iPad, a laptop, and a queue machine, and 3) a face-to-face area where clients can easily transact with tellers and speak with other branch personnel.
“Tagbilaran’s Uptown IT Hub is an exciting space to be in, not only because it’s a relatively new area, but also because of its IT and BPO-based businesses. It’s also situated near areas of commerce and leisure along Rajah Sikatuna Avenue, enabling us to expand our BetterBanking service to Boholanos,” said Leslie Cham, the Bank’s Executive Vice President and Branch Banking Group Head, during the branch inauguration.
Security Bank also refreshed the look of its Carlos P. Garcia Avenue branch in Tagbilaran City to serve customers better.
