Eighty Security Bank employees from Branch Banking Group Area 11 Central Luzon and Area 14 Bulacan/Nueva Ecija proactively contributed to the completion of the two-story, 10-classroom school building donated by Security Bank Foundation, Inc. (SBFI) to San Isidro Integrated School, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija by painting its first coating on September 9, 2023.
“The volunteerism activity helped in boosting teamwork and morale for the employees. It represents the bank’s core value of People through its display of compassion, commitment, and community involvement for its stakeholders,” said Rowena Pangilinan, Area 11 (Central Luzon) Branch Banking Group Head.
Security Bank Foundation, Inc. (SBFI), the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Security Bank Corporation, spearheaded the activity. In total, the Cabanatuan group rendered a total of 640 volunteer hours.
In attendance was SBFI Chairman Rafael F. What we are doing here today is our way of giving back to the communities we serve,” said Simpao, Jr.
