Security Bank Corporation (SBC) and Security Bank Employees’ Union (SBEU) have reached an amicable conclusion to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for 2009-2011 within one month from the start of their negotiations. The speedy and fruitful dialogue between Security Bank’s management and its workforce marks another milestone in its corporate history affirming the harmonious Labor-Management relationship within the organization.
