Summary of Changes as of January 31, 2024
In compliance with BSP- Circular 1160 on Financial Consumer Protection, we are making changes to the terms and conditions related to DigiBanker Master Agreement.
New Section 3:
OPERATING REQUIREMENTS. The Bank shall inform the Customer of the general technical specifications and operating requirements before the Customer can access the DigiBanker System in the Security Bank Corporation website. Customized or customer specific operations requirements, technical specifications and configurations shall be indicated in the Technical Request Form or a separate written document that will be agreed upon by both parties. The Customer has the responsibility to procure, operate and set-up the hardware, wired and wireless networks, operating systems and software necessary to meet the specifications and requirements of the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to update and change the technical specifications and/or requirements, which the Bank shall inform the Customer from time to time. The Customer shall promptly notify the Bank via email before it implements any substantial changes in its software and hardware used in the DigiBanker System to ensure compliance with the technical specifications and/or requirements.
Section 13.3.
In no event shall the Bank be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits.

Security Bank Corporation is regulated by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (https://www.bsp.gov.ph). The Client shall review the SOA once it is viewed, downloaded or printed. The Client will notify the Bank immediately of any suspected error, alteration, or other irregularity (i) with the SOA; or (ii) with the Client’s account, including unauthorized access.
