Security Bank Corporation (PSE:SECB) has once again been named The Philippines’ Best Bank for Corporates at the latest Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024. Euromoney is a global financial market intelligence company that provides insights, data, and analysis on international banking and financial markets. 

 The Bank’s Wholesale Banking Segment (WBS), which services corporate and commercial clients, had a strong year. Euromoney highlighted its double-digit lending growth, net income growth, technology investments, innovative payment solutions, and sustainable finance efforts.  

 WBS proudly strengthened its participation in Green and Social loans—empowering clients to pursue sustainable finance projects, such as environmental conservation and social welfare. The team also launched bespoke solutions for high growth focus segments giving clients increased operational and financial efficiency.  

  WBS continues to build strong relationships with its clients through a suite of innovative banking products and services, ensuring client needs and expectations are met and exceeded. With customer centricity at its core, WBS hopes to continue the high customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 99% achieved last year.

 This is the second year in a row that the Bank has won this award. Last year, the Bank was awarded Best Corporate Bank in the Philippines by Asiamoney. Euromoney and Asiamoney have since consolidated their respective awards under the global Euromoney awards program. 

 Established over 30 years ago, the Euromoney Awards for Excellence is one of the banking industry’s most prestigious and sought-after accreditations. Over 600 banks from over 100 countries enter every year, making it a highly competitive awards program. 

 The Euromoney Awards for Excellence ceremony will be held on September 12, 2024 in Singapore.
