How to avail your free unlimited lounge access for World and Corporate Mastercard?

Present your Security Bank World or Corporate Mastercard, international flight boarding pass, and passport to the lounge personnel.

Wait while your card is being swiped for validation*. Please make sure that your credit card is active and has sufficient available credit limit.
*You may receive an SMS stating that your card has been charged. Rest assured that this will be reversed once your lounge access has been confirmed.

Once validated, provide your details on the log sheet and enter the lounge to enjoy your lounge access while waiting for your flight!
Note: Cardholders are entitled to access one lounge per day. Visits to multiple lounges on the same day are not permitted and cost of additional visits will be charged to the card.

Terms and Conditions:
- The local lounge access program of Security Bank allows qualified Security Bank credit cardholders to visit and avail the amenities of Security Bank’s airport lounge partners in the Philippines.
- Eligibility by card type is as follows:
- Security Bank World and Corporate Mastercard: Free unlimited local lounge access
- Security Bank Classic, Gold, Complete Cashback Platinum, Next and Wave Mastercard: Preferential rates to access selected local lounges. Refer to the fees and charges table below.
- Security Bank cardholder should present their active credit card, international flight boarding pass, and passport to the front desk lounge personnel before accessing the lounge.
- Front desk lounge personnel will validate the credit card.
- After successful validation, Security Bank cardholder should accomplish the lounge log sheet and may then proceed to access the lounge.
- Security Bank cardholder shall be subject to the lounges’ code of conduct:
- Maintain a low volume level to avoid disturbing other passengers
- Respect other passengers’ personal space
- Use the designated restrooms only
- Treat the lounge area with care and respect. Avoid causing damage to furniture, decor, or other amenities
- Lounges will charge an additional fee if Security Bank cardholder exceeds the maximum number of hours.
- Security Bank World/Corporate cardholder is entitled to access one lounge per day. Visits to multiple lounges on the same day are not permitted. The cost of additional visits will be charged to the cardholder.

What do I need to present to enter the lounge?
To enter the lounge, you will need to show the following to the personnel at the entrance:
- Security Bank Credit Card
- International flight boarding pass
- Passport
What are the operating hours of the lounges?
Lounge operating hours may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice. We recommend checking directly with the specific lounge for the most up-to-date information regarding their hours of operation.

Only Security Bank World and Corporate credit cardholders have free unlimited access
How many local lounges can I visit in a day for my free access?
Security Bank World and Corporate credit cardholders are entitled to access one lounge per day. Visits to multiple lounges on the same day are not permitted and cost of additional visits will be charged to the card.
Additional charge will reflect on the cardholder’s statement of account.
Am I guaranteed to enter the lounge?
Access to lounges is subject to availability. During peak times, access may be limited to prevent overcrowding.
What is the maximum number of hours allowed per lounge visit?
The maximum hours of stay allowed per lounge visit are as follows:

Can supplementary cardholders enjoy this lounge access?
Yes, supplementary cardholders can enjoy the same lounge access as the principal cardholders.
Can I access the lounge using a Mastercard Travel Pass (MTP)?
Yes, however you can enjoy free unlimited access to Marhaba Lounge, PAGSS, and A Lounge with your World Mastercard. We encourage you to utilize your free unlimited access benefit fully to avoid depleting your access privileges with MTP.
Can I use my complimentary access via MTP for my guest/companion?
Yes, you can use your complimentary access using your Mastercard Platinum/World in lounges that accept MTP by following these easy steps:
- Show your Mastercard Travel Pass QR Code via the mobile app at the lounge
- Wait for your credit card to be validated
- Enjoy free access for you and your companion

Are lounges for domestic flights included?
No. Only lounges for international flights are included in the free unlimited access.
If I am a World or Corporate cardholder, can I use my MTP access to bring a guest to the lounge?
Yes. However, you must use your MTP app to access the lounge. Two passes will be deducted from the MTP app even if you have complimentary lounge access—one for you and one for your companion.
How will I know if I still have lounge access passes left?
If the app shows a number (e.g., 2/2), this means you still have remaining access passes. In this example, 2/2 indicates that you have 2 out of a maximum of 2 lounge access passes remaining.
What should I expect to see on my screen if I no longer have complimentary lounge access?
The option to purchase additional lounge access will appear on the screen, showing “USD 32” or the corresponding lounge entry fee.
When is my complimentary lounge access via MTP replenished?
Complimentary lounge access is automatically replenished at the start of the calendar year.
How many complimentary lounge access passes do I have?
• For World Cardholders, they get 6 complimentary lounge passes every year.
• For Platinum Cardholders, they get 2 complimentary lounge passes every year.
