The Business Model Canvas
A business plan serves as your roadmap to structure, run, and grow your new business, and your guide when making decisions down the line. The Business Model Canvas is a great tool to help you understand your business model in a structured way. Using this can lead to better insights about your customers, value proposition, channels, operations and profitability.
The example shown here is a lean business plan which is often used by simple businesses. You can also use this version if you plan to change or refine your business plan regularly.
