1. Definitions

The following terms and phrases, unless otherwise indicated in these terms and conditions, shall have the meanings hereinafter assigned to them:

1.1 “Promo” means this Swipe and Win Raffle Promo Promotion.
1.2 Promotion Period” or “Promo Period” means the period from September 25, 2024, until 11:59 pm of December 31, 2024.
1.3 “Bank” or “SBC” or “Security Bank” means Security Bank Corporation.
1.4 “ETB client” means existing-to-bank customer who maintains a checking and savings account or deposit account with the bank.
1.5 “Eligible ETB client” means customers who are able to meet the eligibility criteria set forth in 2.1.
1.6 “Primary accountholder” means the individual designated as such in the Depositor’s AOSIF and in the system. Where there are none or where there are multiple primary accountholders assigned, the Depositor who has been a client of Security Bank longest, as reflected in the system, shall earn the reward.
1.7 “Qualified debit card transactions” means transactions made using the SBC-issued debit card through POS or Online channels.
1.8 “POS” means point-of-sale transaction and is a local or international purchase made with the SBC-issued debit card where the client is required to enter his/her PIN on a keypad or tap his/her card on the POS terminal.
1.9 “Online” means online transaction which is a local or international purchase made with the SBC-issued debit card.

2. Promotion

2.1 Eligibility

2.1.1 The promo is open to new and existing individual primary account holders.
2.1.2 Eligible clients must be an individual retail client and the primary accountholder for joint account holders.
2.1.3 Corporate clients or accounts and settlement accounts are excluded from this Promo.
2.1.4 Employees of Security Bank and its subsidiaries and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to participate in this Promo.

2.2 How to Participate

2.2.1 To participate in this Promotion, clients must satisfy all the following conditions during the Promo Period:

i. must have a successful debit card transaction (online or offline) of any amount, and
ii. must have a successful Instapay or Bills Payment transaction via Security Bank Online app of any amount
iii. must enroll in Security Bank Online
iv. must remain active until the raffle draw date or until January 14, 2025.

2.3 How to Earn Raffle Entries

2.3.1 Client must successfully use their debit card/s to perform local or international POS and online transactions to earn raffle entries.
2.3.2 Client must successfully enroll in Security Bank Online using the Security Bank Online app during the promo period. Five (5) raffle entries will be given on a one-time basis to the primary account holder who will enroll via Security Bank app.
2.3.3 Bills Payment or Instapay outgoing transfers of any amount via Security Bank Online during the Promo Period will earn one (1) raffle entry per transaction.
2.3.4 Raffle entries will depend on the number of qualified debit card/ Instapay or Bills Payment transactions made within the Promo Period.

2.4 Raffle Draw Schedule and Prizes

2.4.1 Grand raffle draw will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, via a private Zoom or Teams meeting with SBC personnel and DTI representative’s supervision.
2.4.2 The prizes will be the following:

• Major Prize: One (1) winner of Php500,000 cash
• Minor Prizes: Ten (10) winners of Apple iPad

2.5 Claiming of Prizes

2.5.1 To claim the prize, the winners must proceed to their preferred SBC branch and present a valid ID with photo and fully signed/ notarized quitclaim and waiver.
2.5.2 Prizes are non-transferable. They are not convertible to cash either.
2.5.3 If the prize is not claimed within ninety (90) days from receipt of notification, it will be forfeited in favor of SBC with prior approval from DTI.
2.5.4 The winner of the Php500,000 cash prize will have the complete amount credited to his/ her nominated SBC CASA account within 15 banking days after submitting a valid ID with photo and signed/ notarized quitclaim and waiver. The applicable tax of the cash prize shall be shouldered by SBC.

3. General

3.1 Clients participating in this promo have the responsibility to review the promo’s terms and conditions governing the promo, other opening and maintenance of accounts, including those on Data Privacy, as well as other terms and conditions governing deposit products, services, and/or facilities, and acknowledge that the terms and conditions referred to above may be amended from time to time.
3.2 This Promo cannot be availed of in conjunction with other existing promos of SBC, unless otherwise specified.
3.2 All questions and disputes with respect to the Promo shall be resolved solely by the Bank with the concurrence of DTI, and any decision shall be binding and conclusive on the Qualified Clients.
