The Role

Provides support to any document-related outsourcing arrangement activities such as accreditation, due diligence,
renewal/ disaffiliations, extension and/or billing processing, etc.

Processes consolidates, and reports unit projects such as procedure proposals/implementation and audit requirement
submissions to Team Leader

How you’ll contribute

• Coordinates with services providers to collect briefing documents and/or supplemental/additional requirements as requested by the Outsourcing Committee and to provide an update on billing payments
• Collates reports from process owners/business representatives of pending BAU
  related to service providers
• Creates and responds to requests in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for requests with unavailable collateral/loan documents to deliver a commitment to internal and external clients
• Prepares and/or consolidates documents for any outsourcing arrangement activities
• Monitors Billing Statements reported by process owners/business representatives
  for payment of the completed transaction
• Monitors submission of documents from service providers.
• Monitors filed and responded to case tickets in CRM for SSCs under CDMU/RHMU
• Ensures correctness and completeness of the signed contracts, briefing documents, and/or supplemental/additional requirements prior to endorsement to Team Leader

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce
• With 1-4 years of experience
• Knowledge of Consumer Lending, Outsourcing Arrangement, Risk and Compliance
• Result-oriented and team player
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties
