The Role

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will be handling the validation and fulfillment of inquiries, requests, and complaints related to credit card financial adjustments, maintenance, statements of account and certifications, and application and release of hold-out

How you’ll contribute

• Handles the validation and posting of financial adjustments for requests related to fees
• Performs card maintenance: manual and advanced renewal, card replacement, card cancellation
• Performs SOA enrolments and re-sending of SOA hard copies
• Issues card member certificates
• Handles the validation and fulfillment of applications and release of hold-out for Fast Track cards

•  Bachelor’s / College Degree
• Highly details-oriented
• Can work well under pressure
• Fast learner
•  Applies critical thinking to daily tasks
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Willing to learn other systems and applications
• Willing to learn additional tasks and processes
