The Role

As a Third Party Sales Associate, you will contribute to the achievement of the targets of the Card Sales Division. Effectively supports the channel’s growth through the management of administrative needs.

How you’ll contribute

• Reviews applications that have been canceled or declined thru regular QA sessions and alignment meetings with Sales Support, RCOG, and other related units to salvage approvable accounts and achieve sales targets
• Act as the main liaison to identified internal units to ensure the sales team is properly supported in terms of collaterals, disbursement, and the like. The involved units include GSD, Fincon, Marcomm, and RMD
• Implement engagement activities through department meetings, alignment sessions, kick-offs, and de-stressor activities to promote synergy, and productivity and minimize attrition tardiness, and absences
• Maintains the CPA by monitoring the channel’s expenses to ensure program expenses are within the CPA forecast
• Supports the units with their needs by providing collaterals, giveaways, forms, and other sales support requirements to allow proper execution of sales activities and strategies
• Manage key admin needs such as budget and inventory  using historical and data-driven forecast and tracking templates to ensure operational efficiency and sales continuity
• Consolidate and monitor key programs, project timelines & VOC findings based on sales plans and customer feedback to ensure timely implementation
• Consolidate and manage the training and learning needs of the team in coordination with SBC Academy and with identified mentors to promote people’s growth and productivity

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field of study
• With 1 – 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of the cards business
• Effective communication skills for effective stakeholder management;   Business writing for required program papers and SLAs
• Able to adapt to organizational changes; Flexible to execute what is tasked to him/her;
