The Role

As a Securities Custodian Specialist, you will handle custodianship and inventory monitoring of original collaterals and securities for Auto and Personal Loans.

How you’ll contribute

• Responds to Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)  requests to deliver a commitment to internal and external clients.
• Validates records in Collateral Management System  (GDS)  by updating the status of collateral documents for proper handling.
• Monitors safekeeping and pull-out of Collaterals inside the vault to avoid a loss that may result in client complaints.
• Prepares Securities / Collateral and Loan documents custody Certification requested by the Client.
• Organize Securities/Collaterals and loan documents by properly filing them inside the Collateral Envelope to avoid damage or loss.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• With at least 1 – 2 years of experience
• Knowledgeable in the Consumer Lending process and documentation
• Result-oriented and team player
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties
