The Role

As Sales Team Leader, you are responsible for the field sales operations of Car4Cash. This includes the supervision of the DMS Account Officers, Field Sales Specialists (FSS), and the Loans Specialists (LS or the freelancers). DMS Team Leader or Sales Team Leader is in-charged in the formulation of sales strategies for the DMS channel and ensures the flawless implementation of these strategies.

How you’ll contribute

• Ensures that sales targets are achieved by the DMS channel of Car4Cash
• Monitors the field sales operations and ensures that all strategies are properly implemented
• Trains and coaches the field sales personnel and front liners. These are the DMS Account Officers, Field Sales Specialists (FSS), and Loan Specialists (LS).
• Conducts regular business reviews with his subordinates.
• Do competitors check and report to the MC Sales and Distribution Head any important information gathered from the field

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant course
• At least 4 years of related work experience
• Knowledgeable in Retail and field sales operations
• Extensive experience in the Car4Cash industry is an advantage
• Has experience in handling sales agents or freelancers
• Must be strategic, analytical with strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Has the ability to coach and train, must be a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
