The Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you are responsible for the following: (1) Sourcing of Candidates (2) Screening and assessment of officers, rank & file, and contractual/project-hire candidates; (3) Conducts compensation analysis and recommends package, (4) negotiates package and secures management approval; (4) Prepares various hiring documents (term sheet, offer sheet, etc), and (5) prepares vacancy reports for the assigned business unit (6) Oversees Onboarding (7) Will serve as Auxiliary Governance Officer for Human Resources Division
How you’ll contribute
- Communicates with the assigned business units for their manpower request
- Provides details of the requisition to the sourcing team for posting and sourcing activities
- Conducts Sourcing activities
- Screens and interviews candidates
- Monitors and sets interview schedules of prospective candidates with various Group/Division Heads and executive officers as required
- Conducts compensation analysis and recommends proposed package
- Negotiates package and secure management approval on the terms of hiring
- Prepares various hiring documents (term sheet, offer sheet, etc)
- Endorses hiring documents to the onboarding team
- Prepares Vacancy Status Report and Periodic Accomplishment Report for the assigned business unit/s
- Acts as a conduit of the assigned group/division/unit with the governance offices of the company (Compliance Office, Internal Audit, and Risk Management) in ensuring timely and satisfactory compliance to regulatory and internal requirements; supports the implementation and compliance of internal controls within the assigned group/division/unit.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 4 yrs of experience in end to end recruitment – preferably from the banking and/or financial industry
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
- Above average communication and presentation skills
- Keen to details
- Very good in problem-solving
- With a sense of urgency and capable of meeting deadlines
