The Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you are responsible to end-to-end Recruitment process in hiring Sales people from Rank and File to Officer Levels, inclusive of the following (1) Sourcing of Candidates (2) Screening and assessment; (3) Calibration with the requestors and accredited manpower providers, (4) Prepares various hiring documents and (5) prepares vacancy reports. (6) Build pool of candidates.
How you’ll contribute
- Source candidates for Sales.
- Conducts paper screening and interviews.
- Conduct initial background investigation to the provided references.
- Calibrate with the business units for their manpower request.
- Build pool of sales candidates across all regions.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (HERO)
- Close all vacancies within agreed turnaround time.
- Prepare vacancy updates/reports
- Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administrations, Human Resources or any related field
- At least 5 yrs of experience in end-to-end recruitment – preferably from the banking and/or financial industry
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
- Above-average communication and presentation skills
- Keen to details
- Very good in problem-solving
- With a sense of urgency and capable of meeting deadlines
