The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be primarily responsible for implementing projects relating to the Customer Contact Group’s Project Initiatives. It includes implementations of new programs/projects and upgrades.
How you’ll contribute
- Functions as a liaison among stakeholders and ITG using MS Outlook or through meetings to understand the technology plans of CCG
- Establishes close rapport and communication with peers from ITG with positive team spirit in mind to ensure harmonious transactions between CCG and ITG.
- Provides regular feedback to other departments, business teams, and product owners using MS Office and Outlook to ensure that the stakeholders are updated on the status of the projects.
- Prepares the Business Requirements Documents using the bank’s existing templates to ensure that all the needed information/documents are provided.
- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing assigned CCG projects using project management tools to ensure that the projects are monitored throughout their life cycle.
- Assists in facilitating a successful convergence of CCG business requirements to technical solutions to ensure seamless implementation of the project.
- It is accepted and understood that the employee might perform other related tasks that may be assigned occasionally.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- With experience in handling technical and non-technical projects
- Basic understanding of compliance/regulatory requirements, risk management & controls, and bank
- Involve in the preparation of assessment reports, findings, and root-cause analysis.
- Be able to conduct presentations, table discussions, and training related to process workflows.
- Proactive mindset to learn new methodologies, performs research and investigate issues/incidents escalated for resolution, and recommend process improvements.
- Represents the business line to the Bank’s transformation group to conform to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- With strong communication and coordination skills, assertive, detail, and results-oriented.
- Manages good working relationships with different business units
