The Role

As a Product Manager, you will oversee he onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of clients for payroll product.

How you’ll contribute

• Processing of payroll applications
• P&L management
• Facilitates potential cross selling activities to the clients of the assigned product
• In-charge with inquiry, requests, complaints, and issue management and resolution regarding the assigned product
• Ensures that all programs are in compliance with the regulatory and bank guidelines

What we’re looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s or College degree
• At least five years of relevant work experience
• Must have a background on the following:
  • Product Process Management
  • Project Management
  • Product’s Financial Management (Profit & Loss)
  • Client Contract Management (Contract reviews, revisions, engagement with legal, etc.)
• Background on Payroll Product Management is preferred
