The Role
As a Product Manager, you will ensure end-to-end product management from conception to launch and maintenance of consumer loan products, product variants, and programs. Assists consumer loan business units in identifying market opportunities for products handled Oversee the design, and enhancement of new products or features for the growth and profitability of products handled
How you’ll contribute
- End-to-end management and implementation of new product variants and offers, marketing programs, promos, and incentive programs including overall project management, securing program approvals, doing regular campaign monitoring and analysis, doing market scans, ensuring promo fulfillment, and conducting post-program review, among others.
- Detail Oriented: Maps out and tracks all deliverables related to an initiative to ensure proper execution and timely implementation with minimal supervision
- Can handle admin tasks, as assigned
- Provide inputs for the creation of a marketing and communication plan in line with product and marketing initiatives, in coordination with key stakeholders (Business, Cust Seg, Brand and Communications, Campaigns Officer)
- Monitor execution and be able to adjust communication angles to emphasize a key product or promo features as required.
- Analyze assigned campaigns or initiatives and ensure/understand the alignment of these initiatives with overall business objectives and strategy.
- Analyze the performance of the initiatives (both quantitative and qualitative) and be able to present these results to stakeholders and Business Heads.
- Determine and understand the root cause or factors affecting performance for each initiative and apply learnings in succeeding runs.
- Problem Solver: Gives recommendations if there are encountered issues or concerns.
- Works with different point persons across business units to ensure deliverables are met.
- Articulates and presents initiative results to different stakeholders, Business/Product Heads, and Channel Heads.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing related
- With 1-4 years of working experience
- With strong process background.
- With experience in handling product marketing
- Strong organization, communication, and project management skills, as well as analytical skills to understand business/market needs
- Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to advanced PPT and Excel skills)
- Marketing-oriented, with a good marketing background
- Hard-working and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams.
