The Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Department in the following areas:
- LeaseWave data migration for Secondary Lease Contracts
- Overseeing the contractuals for LeaseWave data migration
- Preparing LeaseWave manual Key Operating Procedure and TestScripts until its completion and full implementation
How you’ll contribute
- Ensure that asset account transaction is made on a regular basis in the Asset Module
- Ensure that En Masse Value Status Change are executed daily
- Ensure that Lease Account is made daily in the Lease Module
- Supervise data input of collections/receipts
- Prepare Key Operating Procedures for LeaseWave and TestScripts
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Course preferably Accountancy/Financial Management/Commerce or any related field
- With at least 2 years work experience assigned in accounting or treasury
- Computer literate and can operate MS Office applications
