The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you are in charge of providing support to the Sales Department for the disposal of assets of the Bank and its subsidiaries including those owned and acquired.  Responsibility includes providing marketing support for lease or sale, monitoring bank approval, documentation, collection, and litigation if applicable.

 

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least  one (1)  year of related work experience
• Being knowledgeable in real estate sales is an advantage
• Flexible and willing to do fieldwork nationwide
• Can work with minimal or no supervision, detail-oriented
