The Role

As an IT Agile Scrum Master, you will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to the Agile software development methodology, while ensuring collaboration and an environment of openness, honesty, and respect.

How you’ll contribute

• Facilitate daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Shield the team from any interruptions during the sprint development.
• Encourage the team to be more creative in solutions and promotes the efficiency of the development team.
• Encourage collaboration among each member of the scrum team and helps them achieve the goals.
• Remove any impediments for the scrum team.
• Help and work with the product owner to bring the product backlogs in good shape for each sprint.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Telecommunication or any related course
• At least 5 years of related working experience
• Preferably with Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Well-versed in Agile software development methodology
• Exceptional skills in motivating teams and resolution of team conflicts
• A good coach and able to efficiently and effectively facilitate daily Scrum meetings.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
