The Role

As an In – House Installment Specialist, you will be handling the end-to-end process for installment-related requests (Balance Transfer/Ready Cash/Balance Convert/Convert to ChargeLight/MC Next) and SimplyPay requests within the set turn-around time and with minimal error

How you’ll contribute

• Handles validation and booking of in-house installment transactions (Balance Transfer/Ready Cash/Balance Convert/Convert to ChargeLight/MC Next)
• Handles validation and booking of SimplyPay straight and installment transactions, including FWD Loans and SimplyPay for Officers
• Performs payment processing for Balance Transfer, Ready Cash, and SimplyPay transactions
• Handles installment reprocessing, acceleration, and cancellation requests
• Handles the resolution of installment-related and SimplyPay-related inquiries and complaints, with escalation to the Section Head, if necessary
