The Role
The IAM administrator is in responsible for user administration duties across all technological platforms and software, including: Managing user accounts, entitlements, and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, business applications, and the next-generation loan management system. Maintaining proper user entitlements throughout the whole employee lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, and Leavers).
How you’ll contribute
- Manage user accounts and permissions in the identity and access management system. Creating and managing user groups in the identity and access management system.
- Granting or denying access to company resources based on user role and privileges. Enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management
- Monitoring user activity in the identity and access management system. Reporting on identity and access management system activity.
- Identifying and addressing identity and access management issues. Working with the Infra team to resolve identity and access management problems.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practice by, documenting IAM processes and procedures.
- Participate in IAM projects and initiatives. Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
- Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
- Provide training to new users on the IAM system.
- Strategize and determine IAM related KRAs and KPIs using the approved yearly KRA guidelines to align the workload intake of the unit with the company’s current goal.
What we’re looking for
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least three (3) years of experience in identity and access management or a related field.
- Experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory environment and performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.
- Experience in Exchange administration; creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts, and public folders.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level Identity Management systems (e.g. SailPoint Identity, KeyCloak).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards; strong organizational skills; able to manage time, priorities, and workload; provide documentation and accountability
