The Role
As an Employment Engagement Officer, you are responsible for facilitating sustainable employee programs for Culture, Wellness, and Engagement across the Retail Product Group in collaboration with the SBC academy.
How you’ll contribute
- Manages the implementation of various employee engagement events related to learning and development across the entire Retail Product Group
- Assist in developing and maintain Rewards and Recognition programs/reporting
- In charge of implementing the incentive framework for RPG Sales and Support (except collections) which includes:
- Monitoring the performance of those who are eligible to qualify for the program in collaboration with the different POC of each business unit
- Oversees incentives and rewards fulfillment across RPG Sales and Support (except collections)
- Development, production, and rollout of the communication of incentive programs across RPG teams
- Oversees the end-to-end activity for all RPG events (i.e., quarterly town hall, social events, etc.), from planning agendas and creating business presentations to logistics to the execution of the events.
- In charge of organizing mini-events between the RPG team and other stakeholders (i.e., BBG partners, dealers, etc.,) to promote building relationships across our sales channels in collaboration with Corp Comm
- Collaborates with SBC customers in designing and/or facilitating team building and other engagement programs from time to time
- Conducts feedback session for the entire RPG team (via Glint Survey after the end of each engagement to gather feedback & suggestions)
- Works with different point persons across business units and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
- Articulates and presents results to different stakeholders, Business/Product Heads, and Channel Heads.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related
- With at least 3 years of experience in handling social events and employee engagement programs
- Strong organization, communication, empathic and collaborations skills
- (Prefer) Strong Interpersonal, human relations, presentation, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to advanced PPT skills)
- Hard-working and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams
