The Role

As a Channels Support Officer, you will contribute to the achievement of the turn-ins and approvals targets through the development and implementation of programs, promotions, process/parameter/guideline enhancements, and other acquisition support initiatives.

You will also be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of initiatives through scoping, analysis, coordination, kick-offs, and regular monitoring of key metrics.

How you’ll contribute

• Develop and execute programs based on data to increase channel and frontline productivity, to achieve acquisition and approval rate targets.
• Develop and execute enhancements in the process, parameters, and guidelines to improve funnel performance
• Draft and finalize proposals, memorandums, and write-ups to document the details and execution guidelines of the initiatives
• Conduct mid and post-evaluation of initiatives to optimize performance through the use of feedback, insights, and actual data vs. targets
• Coordinate with stakeholders and key support units in scoping, developing, and completion of program milestones and completion dates
• Conduct internal and external scoping of insights, needs, and opportunities to develop and improve program performance

What we’re looking for

• With at least 2 years in Promotions and Campaigns preferably Credit Cards
• Knowledge of credit cards/financial products, marketing, promotions & programs
• Strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills;
• Must be people or customer-centric & data-driven;
• Effective and assertive
• Able to communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of the organization and external partners;
• Able to adapt to organizational changes; Flexible to execute what is tasked to him/her;
