The Role

As Card Reconciliation Specialist, you will ensure accurate and timely posting of payments and financial adjustments. Ensures accurate and timely processing of EWT remittances and settlement of service fees. Ensures integrity, reliability, and timeliness of reports prepared and submitted.

 

How you’ll contribute

• Handles reconciliation of collections/payments received from payment channels and float items
• Handles payment adjustments as requested by the branches and monitors unaffected ADA payments
• Prepares monthly Statements of Accounts for transactions fees of Continuous Billing merchants and merchant debit advice documents for merchant payment adjustments
• Prepares EWT remittances for merchant payments and settlement of service fees to payment channels
• Handles the processing, warehousing, and safekeeping of post-dated cheques

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Accounting Technology / Management Accounting
• Knowledgeable of the basic accounting principles
• Possesses analytical and operational skills and critical thinking.
• Must be keen to details.
