The Role
As an Auto Loan Documentation and Review Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the comprehensive review and preparation of mandatory and required loan documentation for Auto Loan Products. You will also be responsible for ensuring that necessary controls are set and observed and operational risks are properly identified, reported, and monitored per the Bank policies.
How you’ll contribute
- Ensures all submitted documents on accounts for review and booking are complete, in order, and within policy at approved loan terms and conditions.
- Assesses and encodes document deficiencies cited on the LDRU Checklist in ProcessMaker. Suggest Hold Proceeds or Hold Dealer’s Incentives depending on the significance of document deficiency and endorse for approval.
- Creates Customer Basic Number via CRM if the account has no CASA or non-SBC client. Creates requests if the account has existing BBN and with details subject to updating/modification such as name and DOB in CRM System.
- Validates if the account no. Indicated in the signed Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) form is accurate versus FBEQ
- Reviews and validates the details specified on the Loan Release Booking Advice (LRBA) prior to booking of account.
- Ensures review and evaluation of each account for booking is completed within the prescribed turnaround time.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or any related field
- With at least 1 – 2 years of experience
- Knowledgeable in Consumer Lending, Legal, and Risk Management
- Keen to details and notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information
- Able to diligently attend to the details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks
