Based on our experience, we aim to complete standard processes for business formation within 2-5 months and 1-2 weeks for business permit renewal. But during the process, we will keep you updated throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth experience.
How good is their after-sales support?

At Filepino, being a one stop shop for all business-oriented customers, we offer services from the start of the registration process up to keeping the business running.
Can they support Metro Manila & provincial branches? Is support face-to-face or virtual only?
Filepino can assist clients located in Metro Manila and its provincial branches. However, since the requirements for business registration and business permit renewal must be submitted to the relevant government agencies, we can only offer remote assistance to clients outside Metro Manila. We will prepare all necessary documents and draft legal paperwork, which will be sent to the designated individual for submission. Otherwise, we charge an additional 25% on top of our professional fees plus the Client has to pay out of pocket expenses.
How much does it cost?
FilePino offers various packages for business registration and business permit renewal, with pricing varying based on the specific inclusions. You may refer the the brochure below for reference:

How do customers pay?
Our billing team will issue an invoice for payment. The clients may utilize payment methods via bank transfer using your SBC BusinessPlus account, Wise, PayPal GCash, and cheques.
Can we ask discount if with more than 1 business to use?
Yes, we do offer discounts for clients who engage us for more than one business. We would be happy to discuss the options available to you. We could also customize a package based on your requirements.

What are the requirements in setting up a corporation in the Philippines?
The minimum requirements are:
1. Officers: President, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary (the latter must be a Filipino citizen)
2. Address in the Philippines (preferably with lease contract already). Can be a virtual
office or a physical location.
3. Reservable name with the SEC.
Why do we need 2 directors?
The Philippine Corporation code requires that in setting up a corporation in the Philippines, there
must be at least 2 directors.
“Batas Pambansa Blg. 68 Section 10. Number and qualifications of incorporators. – Any person, partnership, association or corporation, singly or jointly with others but not more than fifteen (15) in number, may organize a corporation for any lawful purpose or purposes: Provided, That natural persons who are licensed to practice a profession, and partnerships or associations organized for the purpose of practicing a profession, shall not be allowed to organize as a corporation unless otherwise provided under special laws. Incorporators who are natural persons must be of legal age. Each incorporator of a stock corporation must own or be a subscriber to at least one (1) share of the capital stock.”
Why is a resident director (RD) required?
The same provision quoted above requires that the majority must be residents of the Philippines. They do not need to be citizens of the Philippines though.
Can the corporation be owned 100% by a foreigner?
Yes. So long as the business is outside of the negative list of investment. The negative list enumerates the threshold of foreign ownership.
