Waived Money Transfer Fees

In light of COVID-19 and the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine, we are waiving fees on the following until further notice:

Where applicable, this will be applied to both retail (via Security Bank Online) and corporate clients (via Digibanker, excluding corporate clients with proprietary front-end systems).

  • PESONet
  • Instapay
  • eGiveCash

We are also waiving all ATM Withdrawal fees, even those from non-Security Bank ATMs. For more details, click here.

Sending Money via eGiveCash

You can use eGiveCash to send money to anyone (even if they don’t have a bank account) in the Philippines with a Mobile Number. Your Beneficiary will be able to receive cash from any Security Bank ATM with eGiveCash.

How to send money using eGiveCash:

The Sender…

  1. Logs into Security Bank Online and select Payments & Transfers
  2. Clicks “Transfer Funds” >> “eGiveCash”
  3. Fills out the form and clicks submit
  4. Sends the eGiveCash passcode and full amount to your Beneficiary

How to receive money through eGiveCash:

The Beneficiary…

  1. Will receive a 16-digit eGC number via SMS
  2. Must go to a Security Bank ATM with eGiveCash
  3. Press ENTER and follow the instructions
  4. Enter in the 16-digit eGC number (system-generated)
  5. Enter eGC passcode (sent by the Sender) and full amount
  6. Wait for the ATM to dispense the cash and transaction slip
