View your Credit Card Statement of Account via SMS

The SMS eSOA facility is a new credit card facility that lets you conveniently access and view your monthly Statement of Account on your mobile phone or device. You will receive an SMS containing the summary of monthly dues and a link to access your Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA). The links that will be sent are secured and unique per cardholder.

For all card types (except corporate cards)


How does the SMS eSOA work?

  • Every month, you’ll receive an SMS containing your monthly statement summary and a secured link to access and download your Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA).
  • Clicking on this secured link will open a page on your phone or device’s browser.
  • Type the one-time password plus your Date of Birth using the format DDMMMYYYY
  • After entering the password, you’ll be able to view or download your eSOA.
  • The link will expire 30 days upon receipt.

*To access your downloaded eSOA, please enter your Date of Birth using the format DDMMMYYYY.

    1. When will I receive my Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) via SMS?

      Your electronic copy of statement is available within 3-5 days from statement date.

 

    1. How do I access my eSOA via SMS?

      You will receive an SMS containing your monthly statement summary and a secured link to access and download your Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA). Once you click this link, it will open a page where you will need to generate a one-time password (OTP). This OTP will serve as the first digits to your password.

 

    1. What password do I use to view my eSOA?

      For all card types (except corporate cards)
      After generating the OTP, the password that you need to enter is the OTP code plus your Date of Birth in DDMMMYYYY format.
      Example: 12345605NOV1980

      For corporate cards
      After generating the OTP, the password that you need to enter is the OTP code plus the last 6 digits of your card number.
      Example: 123456987654

      Remember that you can only generate up to 5 OTP requests. Make sure that you input your password correctly.

 

    1. How can I download my electronic statement?

      To download a copy of your eSOA, click the “Download e-SOA” button on the access page.

 

    1. What password do I use to open the PDF file?

      For all card types (except corporate cards)
      After you click Download, the password to open and view the PDF file of your eSOA is your Date of Birth in DDMMMYYYY format (e.g. 05NOV1980).

      For corporate cards
      After you click Download, the password to open and view the PDF file of your eSOA is the last 6 digits of your card number (e.g. 123456).

 

    1. I can’t download and open the PDF file. What should I do?

      Make sure you are connected to the internet and your device has a PDF viewer to open and view the PDF file.

 

    1. What should I do if the link sent via SMS to access the eSOA is not working?

      Try clearing your cache before opening the link again. Make sure you access the link within 30 days upon receipt as it is set to expire after that period.

 

    1. How do I unsubscribe from this service?

      To unsubscribe from SMS eSOA facility, text STOP SBC SOASMS to 21583106 for Globe & TM subscribers and 225653106 for other networks or call our Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8887-9188.

    1. I haven’t received my eSOA via SMS. How can I request for a copy of my statement?

      Make sure that your mobile number in our records is correct and updated and that your mobile has a stable signal coverage. You may request for an electronic copy of your statement to be sent to your registered email address by calling our Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8887-9188 or by sending an email to [email protected]
