The Role
The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) is primarily responsible for the review and communication of resolved simple and complex cases routed directly through its respective Service Fulfillment Units (SFUs).
How you’ll contribute
- Requires immediate escalation of influx of complaints for the day and preparation of applicable reports.
- Responsible to perform Root cause analysis on Simple and Complex case, refer Minor or Major projects rooted from complaints.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree Open to any field.
- No prior experience required
- Basic knowledge in MS office
- Banking product knowledge preferred
- Time Management Skills, Goal Oriented, Organizational Skills, Flexible, Team Player and Multitasking Ability
