IV. General Terms and Conditions
- The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose cards are active and in good credit standing*, and with available credit limit at the time of purchase.
- The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from September 21 to October 5, 2026.
- The Travel Period is from September 22, 2026 to May 15, 2027.

- In case of dispute in respect of Security Bank only and the Cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the Promo, the decision of Security Bank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Security Bank.
- Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and EVA Air with the concurrence of the DTI. Security Bank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
- Security Bank and EVA Air reserve the right to determine the eligibility and validity of cardholders and transactions for this offer in accordance with their payment records, including date and time.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
