IV. Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. Additional qualifier is that Cardholder and their guest must be between 26 to 65 years of age (30-65 for Indonesia) and have a minimum combined annual household income of USD 53,000/PHP 3,000,000.
3. Club Wyndham will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
4. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from July 15 to November 15, 2026
5. The Stay Period is from July 15 to December 31, 2026.
6. Qualified Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing are entitled to up to 65% off on a 4-day, 3-night stay plus, daily breakfast for two at the following offers at the following participating Club Wyndham properties:

8. All fees and charges must be paid in full by the Cardholder at the time of booking using their Security Bank credit card.
9. Promo offers are provided at a discounted rate and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold. No refund is available for unused inclusions in the package. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, and only one offer may be redeemed per household.
10. Additional charges may apply for extra rooms, guests, upgrades, and special requests, subject to availability. Please note that a per-night surcharge will apply during the following peak travel periods:

11. Reservations including any upgrade fees, additional nights or seasonal surcharges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Rescheduling outside of 30 days from check-in will incur a USD 50 fee to be charged at the time of rescheduling. A maximum of one (1) rescheduling is allowed per booking. Rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted within thirty (30) days of check-in. A no-show on the check-in date will incur the Penalty Charge being the full accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card. By taking up the promo offer, you are deemed to authorize such deduction of the Penalty Charge in the said circumstances.
12. As part of the offer, you are requested to participate in a guided tour of the property including our club rooms and attend a club preview with your spouse or partner (if married, engaged, and sharing a residence). This will take no longer than 90 minutes. Membership is non-obligatory and purely optional.
13. Cardholders who purchased an open certificate for the holiday packages but cannot confirm their preferred travel dates, must complete their stay and club preview before the promo period ends.
14. Availing the offer does not automatically enroll the customer as a member of the Club. Club membership is entirely optional and separate from the voucher purchase.
15. Cardholders can avail the Promo without any expectation of profit, nor do they acquire any rights or privileges beyond those explicitly stated in the Promo. The Promo is purely promotional and does not imply any form of investment or membership.
16. Guests who have attended the Club preview within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
17. The Promo cannot be combined with any other offers of Security Bank and Club Wyndham.
18. Reservations including any upgrade fees, additional nights or seasonal surcharges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name.
19. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
20. Club Wyndham reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion only upon prior approval and with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Any such changes shall not adversely affect the rights of participants who have already joined prior to DTI’s approval of said changes.
21. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Club Wyndham and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
22. Any dispute concerning the products or services availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Club Wyndham with the concurrence of DTI.
23. The decision of Club Wyndham and Security Bank Corporation on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding with the concurrence of DTI.
24. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard Credit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
