Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing. 
2. The Promo Period is from February 16 to November 29, 2026. 
3. Cardholders are entitled of the following offer(s) within the Promo Period: 
   • 20% off on select room accommodations based on published rates (weekdays only)  
   • 10% off on dining at Salt Bar + Restaurant, View Cafe, and The Sunset Bar by Salt for a min. single-receipt spend of PHP3,000 
4. Accommodation Terms and Conditions 
   • The Stay Period is from February 16 until December 10, 2026. 
   • To avail of any of the Promo offers, cardholders must:

     • Pay the total amount of the bill with their qualified Security Bank credit or debit card in a single receipt via the online payment link provided by ACEA Subic Beach Resort. 
     • Cardholders must be present during check-in and present the card used for booking along with a valid government-issued ID. In case the guest is not the Security Bank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Security Bank card used, and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented. 
     • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited. 
   • Promo applies to Deluxe Sea View, Superior Sea View and Standard rooms from Mondays to Thursdays only. 
   • Rooms can accommodate two (2) adults and up to two (2) children twelve (12) years old and below. 
   • Child policy: 
   • Cardholders can book up to a maximum of three (3) rooms overnight or accumulated three (3) room nights within the promo and booking period. 
   • The Promo is not applicable for extensions of stay. 
   • For cancellation and modification of booking, ACEA Subic Beach Resort or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed. 
   • All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at ACEA Subic Beach Resort or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
5. Dining Terms and Conditions 
   • To avail the Dining Promo, advance reservation is required and the Cardholder must inform the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card at participating dining outlets of ACEA Subic Beach Resort within the Promo Period. 
   • The Promo is applicable to both check-in and walk-in guests. 
   • The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification. 
   • Cardholders who are also checked in at ACEA Subic Beach resort must settle the bill after they dine in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to your hotel room. 
   • The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo. 
   • Discount is applicable to food and beverages except for Japanese foods. 
   • Unless otherwise provided, service charge shall be shouldered by the Cardholder based on original menu prices. 
   • Discount is not valid to be converted as voucher. 
   • Cardholders must meet the minimum spend requirement and charge the full amount to their qualified Security bank credit or debit card. 
6. The Promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing bookings or reservations. 
7. Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if the cardholder has more than one (1) qualified card. 
8. Splitting transactions is not allowed. Splitting transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions was made within 5-10 minutes. 
9. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, fixed price items. 
10. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of ACEA Subic Beach Resort and Security Bank. 
11. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this Promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the Promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable. 
12. Security bank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a Cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Security bank to the Cardholder’s credit or debit card account. 
13. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount. 
14. In case of dispute in respect of Security Bank only and the Cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the Promo, the decision of Security Bank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Security Bank. 
15. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and ACEA Subic Beach Resort with the concurrence of the DTI. Security Bank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. 
16. Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions is subject to DTI approval. 
17. The Security Bank Card Terms and Conditions, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Promo. 
18. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply. 
19. By joining or availing this Promo, the cardholder confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the Promo Mechanics and its Terms and Conditions. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
