1. The Security Bank Member-Get-Member Program (referred to as “MGM Program”) is a referral program for existing Principal credit cardholders (referred herein to as “Customers”) of Security Bank Corporation (referred herein to as “Security Bank”). Corporate and Supplementary cardholders are not eligible to join the program.
2. The Program will run from (DATE), unless extended or terminated earlier by Security Bank, subject to applicable requirements.
3. To qualify as a referrer, a Security Bank customer:
   • Must be in good credit standing as of the latest billing cycle date.
   • Must not be prohibited by legal or regulatory restrictions, or applicable Security Bank policy from participating in and/or qualifying for this Program.
4. All employees of Security Bank Corporation and its subsidiaries are eligible to participate in the Member-Get-Member Program.
5. A referred applicant is deemed valid provided that a referred individual is New-to-Card (NTC) or Non-New-to-Card (NNTC).
   • New-to-card customers are defined as a person who has never been issued a credit card.
   • Non-New-to-card customers are defined as a person who has an existing credit card.
6. A referred applicant is deemed invalid if the referred individual has an existing Security Bank Credit Card (NTH Card).
7. Referrers must use the Personalized Link or Physical Application Form referral process:
   • Eligible referrers may request their personalized referral link through the MGM Website. The referrer may then share the link with prospective applicants.
   • The physical application form submitted must be filled up with date, referral code and signature, and must be submitted to [email protected]

   Note: Referred applicants should apply via personalized link to a uniquely tagged application form of the Referrer/Cardholder. Referrals using physical application forms must have referral code in the application form or upon submission via email to be valid.

8. Physical Application Submission Steps:
   • Application form must be fully filled up and signed
   • Referral Code must be written in the application form or indicated in the email for proper tagging.
   • Use first 6 digits and last 4 digits of your card number as your referral code.
   • Scan clear copy of the form, 1 Primary ID, and income documents (if no existing credit card yet)
   • Send the requirements directly to [email protected]

   Subject: MGM + [Full name of referral] + [referral code]
   Example: MGM JUAN DELA CRUZ 5181781111

9. Security Bank shall only honor applications that are sent through [email protected]. Applications submitted through other Security Bank emails shall not be accepted.
10. The referral general eligibility criteria are as follows:
    • Must be 21 – 65 years old.
    • Must not be an existing Security Bank Principal credit card holder.
    • Filipino Citizen and Philippine Resident
    • Employed as a Regular Employee for at least 1 year or Self-Employed Profitably for at least 3 years
    • Minimum gross annual income of at least Php 480,000.
    • Must not have submitted a Security Bank credit card application within the six months preceding the current application date.
11. Cardholders’ referrals shall be deemed valid if approved credit card is under the following card types:
    • Security Bank Gold Mastercard
    • Security Bank Platinum Mastercard
    • Security Bank World Mastercard
    • Security Bank Cashback Platinum

    *Referrals approved for the Security Bank Wave Mastercard and Corporate Cards are not qualified for this program:

12. The referrer shall earn the following cash incentive for every approved principal credit card.

13. Cash incentives shall be automatically credited to the referrer’s credit card and/or account in the following order of priority, in case the referrer has multiple cards:
    • Rewards Mastercard Credit Card
    • Wave Mastercard Credit Card
    • Complete Cashback Platinum Mastercard Credit Card
14. A referrer shall forfeit the cash incentives if he or she no longer has a Security Bank credit card at the time of the crediting.
15. Below is the schedule of the crediting of incentives for valid referrals:
    

    Credit Card

    Within twenty (20) banking days after the end of each month

16. There is no cap on the cash incentives that can be earned.
17. If an applicant is endorsed by multiple referrers, the incentive shall be awarded to the referrer associated with the first complete and valid application received by Security Bank. An incomplete submission shall not establish priority until all required information and documents have been received.
18. All referrals/applications shall be subject to evaluation.
19. In case of dispute with respect to the Referrer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Security Bank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Referrer’s eligibility for the Program shall be resolved by Security Bank.
20. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for other promo items and cannot be availed in conjunction with other referral programs of the bank.
21. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the application, the participation in the program may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the Program, or the charging of the awarded cash incentives against the Referrer’s credit card at the discretion of the Bank. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Security Bank.
22. The program shall be subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Credit Cards.
23. These terms and conditions are subject to all relevant laws, government directives and regulations.

Internal Guidelines

1. The default incentive shall be paid via CASH CREDITS which will be credited to the referrer’s SBC Credit Card.
2. Referrals from Security Bank employees will be reported and monitored as Employee-Get-Member but this will have no distinction between employee referrals and regular principal cardholder referrals in terms of the application process, qualification criteria, or referral rewards. The same mechanics and incentives will apply to both groups.
3. Due to Microsite system limitations, such as unexpected system errors that may prevent the successful submission of referrals, physical application forms may be accepted under the Member-Get-Member (MGM) Program. To ensure consistent referral tagging, tracking, and reporting, all such applications must be encoded via RLO using the Online Channel and Member-Get-Member (MGM) Source.
4. Any related tax, if applicable for this incentive shall be shouldered by the Bank.
5. Once an account is tagged under the customer referral program there should be no commission/incentive pay-out to third party distribution channels (DSA/Brokers/Agents/Dealers).
6. The MGM Program cannot be combined with another referral program. However, the referred applicant may qualify for a separate card acquisition or product promotion, provided that the other promotion is not referral-based and its terms allow concurrent participation.
7. All existing product eligibility criteria shall apply unless otherwise specified.
8. All marketing-related budget as disclosed in this paper shall be changed under the respective product’s Advertising Expense.
9. All deviations from the above program mechanics shall be for approval of the respective Business Head or Retail Banking Segment Head.
