The Role
As a Fulfillment Officer, you will handle research/fulfillment functions in accordance with the existing Department/Division Procedures & Guidelines Manual. You will also ensure that the individual/Department targets are met based on the latest approved KRA as the primary function. You will ensure that the processing of requests is done based on the set turn-around time.
How you’ll contribute
- Handles inquiries, requests, and complaints through CCM Router and do next appropriate action
- Recommends accounts for card status change and adjustments/reversals on accounts
- Reconciles accounts
- Comes up with process improvement and innovations and ensures the same is documented and forwarded for discussion/approval
- Provides decision-making skills for cases that require approvals
- Ensures reading, understanding, and in compliance with the roles assigned to me (if any) in the Business Continuity Risk Management Plan and Risk Control Self-Assessment Testing
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Business Course
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
- Possesses good communication skills
