The implementation takes as swiftly as two weeks depending on the POS system the client is using.
How good is their after-sales support?
SYCARDA offers unlimited training sessions and continued support from designated account manager throughout the subscription period.
Can SYCARDA support businesses with branches in Metro Manila and the province?
By default, SYCARDA can provide support to your business remotely and when necessary, face-to-face.
How much does SYCARDA cost?
SRP is USD 45 per month. For Security Bank BusinessPlus customers, the discounted price is USD 35 per month.
How can I pay for my subscription fees?
Clients can pay through the following:
– Bank transfer using your SBC BusinessPlus account
– E-payment through Razer Pay or Fiuu
Does SYCARDA offer bulk discounts for multiple branches/businesses?
Discounts are normally provided starting from 10 branches and above for a specific brand. However, for businesses with multi-brands, project pricing can be discussed.
How many POS partners does SYCARDA have?
SYCARDA has over 50 POS partners with a variety of data-pulling methods.
Is integration between the client’s POS with SYCARDA a pre-requisite?
No. SYCARDA can deploy to any PC-based POS using the technology they have built.
Does SYCARDA charge per user?
No. SYCARDA can provide unlimited logins with customized access levels.
Is SYCARDA dashboard comprehensive?
Yes. This means it does not require data scientists/engineers to translate the data for several departments.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Any data shared is only between the client and SYCARDA, as outlined in the contract.
What are the payment terms?
SYCARDA Subscription is billed annually. Flexible payments can be discussed with management.
