The Role

As an Audit Examiner, you are responsible for conducting independent and objective assessments of the company’s internal controls, financial systems, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

How you’ll contribute

• Conduct internal audits to assess the company’s financial and operational processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance, and risk management systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing internal processes, adherence to industry regulations, and compliance to company policies.
• Draft detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations and action plans.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any related field
• At least 1 to 4 years of work experiences
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA or CIA)
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations and accounting
• Principles proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (proficiency in data analytics tools is highly desired)
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong ethical and professional conduct
