The Role

As a Campaigns Officer, support the Utilization and Engagement Head in translating build-up strategies into operational initiatives.  He/she will oversee the day-to-day management of these initiatives, including the end-to-end implementation of campaigns and programs from ideation to execution, project documentation, coordination with different support groups, and tracking & reporting.  He/she will help develop and execute loyalty platforms and campaigns to increase the retention of existing clients across all customer segments.

How you’ll contribute

• Performs the end-to-end management of Portfolio projects and campaigns, including drafting of documentary requirements, coordination with relevant teams & support units to ensure completion of deliverables, and reporting/analysis of results.
• Helps develop and execute strategies to push products, product bundles, and CVPs to New-To-Bank (NTB) and Existing to bank (ETB) clients
• Works with eCommerce, Reporting, and Analytics Teams to monitor and analyze campaigns to drive optimization, increase funnel marketing efficiencies, and continuously improvement
• Works with eCommerce team to build, create, test, and launch trigger-based and lead nurture programs to ensure continuous engagement with prospective customers to drive them further down the funnel toward sales engagement
• Helps conceptualize, create, and implement deepening and retention offers/campaigns, including loyalty programs for ETB to help increase volume faster and retention.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in digital marketing and usage/depo build marketing, Management, Business, or any related course promotions/campaigns
• At least 5 years experience in project management, retail banking, or any industry dealing with known customers, including the management thereof–ideally from industries such as financial product/services, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods, preferably in the areas of traditional/digital marketing, segment marketing, sales, branch banking or business development
• Good grasp of customer lifecycle management and marketing funnel
• Basic understanding of marketing automation
• Excellent collaborator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly new systems, platforms, and tools
• Self-starter, creative and analytical
