The Role

As QA Test Analyst, you will review specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive & well-structured test cases and plans. Prioritize, plan & coordinate testing activities. Identify, record, document & track bugs. Communicate with, end-users, testers, software developers, & project managers.

How you’ll contribute

Complaints Management / Issue Resolution

1. Report, monitor and response in a timely manner the issues reported in the Issue Tracking Tool.

Information Technology Adeptness

1. Execute test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.

2. Perform and assists with implementing overall strategy for system testing using different testing methodology.

Project/Program Management

1. Test planning and execution status, defect reporting, and ensure appropriate escalation of issues.

2. Perform manual and automated testing activities supporting integrated systems development teams.

3. Assist vendor/s on various testing engagement as required.

Understanding and Application of Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines

1. Develops and updates QA/Software Testing documentation in an efficient and timely manner according to departmental standards and procedures.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial, IT-Software
• Knowledgeable in software quality assurance (SIT, UAT, QA).
• Highly technical and well organized.
• Highly dedicated.
