The Role
As an ATM Channel Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for the regular monitoring and analysis of ATM Uptime ensuring that it meets internal and industry standards; Establish, develop, enforce and monitor SLA with support teams and vendors; Establish, implement, review and monitor security measures and standards.
How you’ll contribute
- Assists in the service reviews of vendors related to ATM. This includes but not limited to Second Level Maintenance (SLM) and Managed Services vendors.
- Assists in providing the necessary requirements in implementing ATM projects and enhancements.
- Regularly tracks and analyses ATM uptime and failed transactions; recommends initiatives to maintain and improve ATM uptime and minimize ATM occurrence of failed transactions.
- Monitors, tracks and implements SLA on regular intervals (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.). Coordinates and works with vendors and support teams to ensure that issues affecting the ATM such as but not limited to hardware, software, comms, switch, etc. are closed in a timely manner.
- Prepares accurate management reports pertaining to ATM uptime and issues on a timely manner.
- Regularly tracks and explores new ATM security measures and standards and recommend initiatives to maintain and improve ATM security. Assists in educating employees and customers regarding existing and new trends on ATM security.
- Monitors and tracks identified production errors and works with internal support group and vendors to rollout those with high impact to customer experience. Also recommends process improvements to make the ATM fleet run efficiently w/ lower costs and low customer impact.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience with IT-Hardware, IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, IT-Software, ATM Business Management
- Basic Technical knowledge in ATM including hardware, software, network, supplies, servicing, etc. ATM diagnosis and troubleshooting skills. Able to identify root cause of ATM issues and effectively escalate to responsible teams for immediate resolution.
