In certain instances, accounts may not be immediately visible within the Security Bank app due to a variety of common factors. To assist us in resolving your concern effectively, please review the points below prior to submitting your request.

Please note that newly opened accounts may require up to two (2) banking days to appear in the app.

I confirm that at least two (2) banking days have elapsed since the account was opened.

Verify your Hide/Unhide settings in the Security Bank app to ensure the account is set to ‘Unhide.’

I’ve checked and confirmed that the account is not hidden within my settings.

Please note that newly opened accounts will be available for online banking enrollment/activation 1 banking day after account opening. You may try to re-enroll after 1 banking day.

If you’re experiencing issues receiving messages, consider the following steps:

Restart your phone to re-establish a connection with the network.
Delete older messages if your message inbox is full, as this will allow new messages to be received.
Uninstall other messaging applications that may interfere with SMS functionality.
For iPhone users, you may disable iMessage.
Temporarily turn off applications such as Facebook Messenger.
If the problem persists, performing a factory reset may resolve conflicts caused by third-party apps. Remember to back up your data beforehand.
If messages still aren’t coming through, insert your SIM card into another mobile device to determine if the issue is related to your phone.
