The Role

As a Statement Services Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all the Statement of Account and Cash Advance activities.

How you’ll contribute

• Ensures that CA pin and SOA are all accounted
• Accommodates, evaluates, and facilitates inquiries and requests related to CA pin and SOA via phone, router, or email
• Ensures that there are no missing SOA and CA Pin released to the third-party couriers by conducting reconciliation versus the actual report from third party couriers
• Provides cardholders’ special instructions and delivery disposition from Card Operations Support unit and other units to third party couriers via email, router, and/or phone to assist them in delivering the actual CA PIN or SOA

What we’re looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s or College degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or any related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Familiar with the credit card industry and its regulations
• Skilled in analytics, MIS, project management, and vendor management
• Can communicate well with internal and external parties
