The Role

As a Test Functional Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of various test activities of projects.  You will first create a test process and strategy that analyzes which test methods and tools are suitable for test activities. Your duties include negotiating the ongoing purpose and deliverables of the test effort, ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test resources, and advocating the appropriate level of testability focus in the software development process. You will facilitate defect triage and you will lead a testing team.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology & Services, Banking, Financial Services, or related courses.
• With at least 5 years of experience
• Experience in Software Testing Lifecycle process and Testing Methodologies
