The Role

As a Processor, you will handle the processing and settlement of Foreign Exchange and Complex Derivatives transactions of Treasury Group. Effectively support Treasury Group’s dealings, comply with Regulatory requirements and satisfy internal and external customers thru timely delivery of settlement, confirmations and submission of reports with accuracy.

How you’ll contribute

• Prepares settlement instruction via swift or other means of payment platforms to remit payment to counterparties Quality Orientation
• Reviews encoded deal thru Guava System to ensure accuracy of deals for processing Financial Analysis
• Generates confirmation thru Guava System to provide and confirm details of transactions with counterparties Quality Orientation
• Organizes confirmation received and sent via swift or hard copy to match the transaction details Quality Orientation
• Monitors payment in Nostro accounts and intersystem accounts to ensure that payment sent and received are correct Governance, Control and Risk Management
• Reviews documents received thru email or hard copies received to ensure correctness and completeness of documents for processing Financial Analysis
• Monitors documentary requirement on hard copies received to ensure compliance of counterparties to Governance, Control and Risk Management
• Prepares regulatory and internal reports from Guava system to comply with internal and regulator’s reportorial requirements Quality Orientation

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Banking,  Mathematics/Statistics or in any field of study
• With at least 1-2 years experience.
• Knowledgeable in lending products and operations
• Must have a good analytical ability, proactive, and possesses a continuous improvement mindset
