The Role

As Loans Servicing Officer, you will be responsible in performing various post booking tasks such as but not limited to monitoring of unposted payments; ensuring that all batch payment uploads are properly executed; reconciliation of General Ledger accounts; handling of booking of restructured and written-off accounts; preparing various reports; and fulfilling client’s requests.

How you’ll contribute

• Monitors failed or rejected transactions related to Bills Payment (BP) and post-dated checks payments
• Checks the payment upload files and entries related to Bills Payment, post-dated checks, AIR-ECQ and written-off accounts prior uploading to ICMS Common Module and in ERP
• Checks and approves reversal of payments due to bounced checks via ICMS Loan Reversal
• Handles checking of manual ad hoc entries for AIR-ECQ, written-off recoveries and Other Deferred Charges (ODC)
• Monitors the daily Fraud Fund transactions credited, payments for Prepaid Interest and payments with billed Agency Fee
• Checking of Loan Restructuring, Statement Overview and History of Payment requests
• Prepares various reports for the unit

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or any related field
• At least 2 yrs experience as Loans Serving Officer
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
• Very good communication and presentation skills in English
• High attention to details
• Able to manage time effectively and to prioritize workload
